Group Coaching is a Fabulous Way to Make Friends and Be Supported!
All groups and classes are offered in-person as well as via tel e-classes.
You may wish to check with your local phone company regarding your long distance charges for conference calls.
It is mighty difficult to have a group with only 1 person in attendance. I do limit the size of my classes and groups to keep them intimate. I do not offer refunds on groups once I close the group. Please keep in mind that your commitment to the group is important!

Consciously or unconsciously, shame prevents us from achieving our full potential in every aspect of our lives. This group develops a deeper discussion on what shame is, and how it shows up in us individually. We utilize Radical Forgiveness theories and Life Coaching to work through personal shame.
