Our Intensive Residential Recovery Coaching Program is designed on an individual basis...meaning every clients treatment plan is unique to them! YOU have choice, together we design a program that inspires you to move forward with the help and support of our staff...we are working hard to help you achieve success in not only your recovery, but your entire life! For instance, perhaps you need job coaching, or parent coaching, or relationship coaching...along with recovery from drugs or alcohol...We believe that lifestyle change can be addressed in all areas of your life to support your choice of not using drugs or alcohol as an option.
We set up coaching activities that are adventurous, fun while offering you opportunities to experience growth and change within yourself! A lot of thought and creativity goes into our coaching activities that are designed on an individual basis to help you move forward in making changes in your life, while providing a safe supportive environment for you to explore these for yourself!
We offer family support when needed. Family members are often overlooked, or labeled the ENABLERS. Personally I believe it is an abusive term. Our addicts made choices and are responsible for those choices to use drugs and alcohol. No one else is responsible for those choices. There are no enablers or non enablers - period.
We promote healthy nutritional meals and snacks to support the healing the body and mind. We do not take short cuts in our shopping or our preparation of meals by purchasing pre-packaged food items, or instant foods. We have wholesome REAL foods. We have an abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables, organic as often as possible.
We accept only cash, or PayPal as a method of payment. For your safety, we have no access to your personal credit card information. Cheryl Frei, Alexander Fieiras and The Sun Salutation House choose to keep no personal credit card information in any of our client files ever.
Due to the nature of our Residential Home, we accept only a small number of clients on an out-patient basis.

All regular weekly coaching sessions are paid through Paypal in advance of their scheduled coaching appointments.
